When WMLPs come up in here and very unsubtly wonder how come us stupid progressives won’t come to some sort of middle-ground with their garbage politics, or talk about how foolish and war-loving we are because we often vote with the party* that doesn’t cater to racist assholes as much as the other one, I’d just like to point out that your patron saint of freedom hates women even more than he hates the IRS.

The anti-choice position is the pro-death position. The anti-choice position is the anti-liberty position. And I will do absolutely everything I am able to do to ensure that every last one of the people who voted for the passage of the nightmare HR3 legislation is never elected to office again. And I know I ain’t the only one.

(*My obligatory feminist spiel about how, were it not for some Democrats at the state and federal levels being total women-hating cowards when it comes to women’s rights, it may not have gotten so terrible in the first place.)

It’s all about the debt, the debt, and the debt. Except for forced birth and now deporting those children who don’t have enough good sense to be born in the right country (which is certainly not here):

Two Republican senators are introducing a resolution that would end the constitutional right to citizenship that comes with being born on U.S. soil.

Rand Paul (Ky.) and David Vitter (La.) are introducing a resolution this week that would amend the Constitution so that a person born in the United States could only become an American citizen if one or more of his or her parents is a legal citizen, legal immigrant or member of the armed forces, according to a joint press release Thursday.

“Citizenship is a privilege, and only those who respect our immigration laws should be allowed to enjoy its benefits,” Paul said. “This legislation makes it necessary that everyone follow the rules, and goes through same process to become a U.S. citizen.”

Remember, we must cherish the Constitution, except for those parts that WMLP’s don’t like.

And for those of you who think that Rand Paul is only targeting Mexicans, we must also remember that this bill will protect us from the diabolical “Terror Baby” plot, as well:

But Rand Paul wants to put that on pause for a second to insure that America is a place where pregnant women are forced to give birth, or else go to jail:

WASHINGTON, D.C. – This week, Senator Rand Paul will join Senator Roger Wicker as an original sponsor of the Life at Conception Act. This legislation declares that the unborn are persons, as prescribed in the 14th Amendment to the Constitution.

This legislation does not amend or interpret the Constitution, but simply relies on the 14th Amendment, which specifically authorizes Congress to enforce its provisions.

From Section 1 of the 14th Amendment:

“No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”

By following the powers offered to Congress in the Constitution, passage of the Life at Conception Act would reverse Roe v. Wade without the need for a constitutional amendment.

In a statement today, Sen. Paul shared his thoughts on today’s March for Life and on co-sponsoring this important piece of legislation.

“The right to life is prescribed to all Americans in the Declaration of Independence. Ensuring this is upheld is the Constitutional duty of all Members of Congress. I am doing my part by joining my fellow pro-life colleagues in sponsoring the Life at Conception Act, which will protect the sanctity of human life.

Protecting Americans – whether it’s balancing the budget or ensuring no child will be denied the right to life – is my priority now – as it has always been. As a medical student, I was one of a small group of students who opted out of learning abortion procedures. My regard for the sanctity of life has carried me throughout my career as a physician and I am proud to join my new colleagues to continue this fight for life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness for all Americans, born and unborn.”

I think this is were pundits explain to us that the Tea Party is an economic populism movement and has nothing to do with social conservatism. Or perhaps tell us how Rand Paul is like totally cool on social issues and won’t be as bad as those other meanie Republicans. Because he’s all about getting the government off our back and stuff, right? Mmm hmm.

White Male Liberty Patriot Mark Prior of Abbotsford, Wisconsin has a bold new business strategy for his strip club:

ABBOTSFORD, Wisconsin – A sign excluding black people from a future Abbotsford, Wisconsin business is enraging some people in the small town.

It’s a sign generations of people may have never seen, yet Mark Prior says it’s his right to discriminate.

“If I’ve got a problem with you it’s going to be on the front of my store,” says Mark Prior.

Prior posted his ‘No Negros Allowed’ sign after he says he had some problems with black people in the past and needed to make a policy against them.

“I’m going to stick to my guns because I think I have the right as a business owner to reject service to anyone. It’s not all the black people there are just a few bad ones,” Prior says of his problems in the past.

As Rand Paul said, “a free society will abide unofficial, private discrimination – even when that means allowing hate-filled groups to exclude people based on the color of their skin”. But we don’t live in a free society anymore in 2010, do we Rand? The Fabian socialist collectivists of the last 100 years or so have certainly seen to that.

But a true Liberty patriot and fighter of tyranny is coming to save oppressed business owners such as Mark Prior. A man soon to be named Senator Rand Paul.

Oh, what’s that you say? Rand Paul renounced his previous statements in support of Liberty and against the Nanny State on May 20th, and then pretended like he never said them at all, later? Come on now, you know that he only backed down from his patriotic remarks echoing the Founding Fathers because Mitch McConnell ordered him to, right? Rand bit the bullet and turned his back on Liberty because there was no other way for him to get elected. But come January, he’s in office, and Mitch McConnell can’t tell him what to do anymore. Rand Paul knows that Mark Prior is not alone, and now he has the freedom and power to speak up and advocate for all of the other Mark Priors out there, yearning for their businesses to breathe free (of blacks/Mexicans/etc…).

Rand Paul may abhor your racist views, Mark Prior, but he’ll be there on the Senate floor to defend your right to them, ’til Kentucky dies of shame.

P.S.- good to see Liberty Christ’s campaign page touting Joe Scarborough. Oh, the memories!

… this might actually work.

What Phil Moffett really needs to do is something bold. Something bold that the Founders Fathers would have done, like come out for the repeal of the 19th amendment.

You can still do this, Phil. Instead of trying to take us back to 1950 like Rand Paul, you need to bring 1850 up into this piece.
