The exquisite Ms. Fortune with the glorious details:
The grocery will be approximately 12,000 square feet. A separate wine shop, about 3,000 square feet, will be adjacent to the grocery. According to a development plan filed with the city, the site would have fewer than 90 parking spaces and would be accessible from Nicholasville Road and East Lowry Lane.
It would’ve been awesome to get it closer to downtown, but with a backpack and a bike, you can pretty easily get your deliciously priced wine and wonderful TJ’s snackfoods back to reality without the gas-guzzling and without touching Nicholasville.

I have been waiting since I heard they were taking over the old Joe’s Crab Shack. I’ve wanted to work there since I left a grocery chain as bakery manager a year ago. I have been trying to get some sort of timeline as to when exactly they will open in 2012 here. I’m going to be one of the first one’s to apply. I’m so excited to see a grocery open brand new and be a part of it. Everything shiny and new and to introduce their products to my community from such a well known chain. Looking forward to seeing the finished store.I can’t wait to find out when I can apply and get started on training. Thank you Beth Watson
